Raw Materials
Except for the raw material brand designated by the customer, all raw materials are from Yongxing Special Steel. After each batch of production, the materials and identification cards are checked for consistency, and then the inspection is carried out one by one to ensure that the raw materials are qualified and then production begins.
Cleaning
Ultra-pure water is used for cleaning and drying through a tunnel drying furnace to ensure that the inside and outside of the finished stainless steel tube is highly clean, free of impurities and oil and water residue.
Inspection
The inspection of finished stainless steel tubes is carried out in strict accordance with the standard or contract agreement, and the original inspection records are kept for one year.
Processes
The production process is complete, ensuring that more than 100 control points in many links such as raw materials, cold processing, heat treatment, cleaning, polishing, passivation, and electropolishing won't be ignored.
